Current Podcast Recommendations

A quick note… Some of these podcasts are educationally-oriented and cover serious topics, and some are much more fun and humorous. While there are SO many thought-provoking, informative, and intellectually stimulating podcasts available, I am someone who generally prefers to utilize podcasts for pure enjoyment and/or distraction. I know that there are many great podcasts that also cover important topics related to EDs, mental health, body image, etc., however, given how much mental and emotional energy I dedicate to these issues and my recovery on a daily basis, podcasts are something I engage with just for fun! All that to say, if you’re looking for a list of podcast recommendations that are more informative and recovery-focused, you can check out Sarah Rzemieniak’s list here. Lastly, while I often listen to the podcasts listed below, I certainly do not wholesale endorse every single thing put forward in each episode; as such, just a reminder to protect your own peace and set boundaries with the content that you consume. If you find that one of these shows or hosts is triggering and/or discusses things that are not in alignment with your personal values, you have every right to not engage with them!
